Teams miss inbound calls and bury WhatsApp threads. Voice and chat lived in separate tools, so nothing got logged and nothing got handed off.

What I did

    Built inbound and outbound voice agents that answer, qualify, and book from a single call dashboard.

    Logged every conversation as a transcript so the team can review quality and compliance.

  3. 03

    Extended the same intelligence to WhatsApp - FAQ, lead capture, and a human handoff when an advisor is needed.

  4. 04

    Shipped trueflow.sentienta.in as the live platform surface, including the WhatsApp AI product page.

Outcome
